Late Policy

At KM Hair Designs, we believe everyone's time is valuable. Out of respect for our staff and other guests, we kindly request that you arrive on time or early to your appointment.

We unfortunately may not be able to service you if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you may be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the service charge. We will do our best to get you rescheduled in a timely manner. 

If you arrive less than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may still service you at KM Hair Designs discretion, however your service time will be limited to the amount of time allotted from the original booking time. Thank you for your understanding on this manner.
