Return Policy

KM Hair Designs does not accept returns on retail products. However, we will exchange unopened products (product must be in 100% original condition with no damage to packaging) within 30 days of purchase. The new products must be of equal or greater value than the products to be exchanged. You will be charged any balance remaining.
