Cancelation Policy

At KM Hair Designs, we believe everyone's time is valuable. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the service charge.

If an emergency arises or if you wake up feeling unwell, please call us ASAP to avoid being marked as a "no-show." We reserve the right to refuse service after multiple "no-show" appointments.
